- Yes. Export a printable schedule PDF or a spreadsheet once conflicts are clear, so directors and front desks get the same slate.
- What happens when a team enters late?
- Add the team and fill the remaining slots. Matches you have already locked stay where they are, so a late entry does not rebuild the weekend.
- Can it handle a venue that closes mid-day?
- Yes. Court availability is read per block rather than per day, so a gym that closes at noon on Sunday is modelled as it actually is, and the conflict audit enforces it.
- What if I want to try a different structure?
- Back the competition up, regenerate however you like, and restore if the first version was better. Experimenting costs nothing.
