The files you already export — then review, don't retype
Upload a team export and a court grid you already have. Teams, blackouts, coaches, and venue priorities land as constraints. Late entries add by hand.
What this actually does
Registration platforms and spreadsheets
Upload a CSV or Excel team export from the registration platform you already use — or a simple template if you are starting from scratch. The importer reads team name, division, pool, coaches, conflict dates, linked teams, and venue-priority columns so setup is a review step, not a retyping step.
Conflict comments, not a sidebar
Conflict Comments parse into blackouts and play windows — “cannot play Sunday afternoons,” “Saturday before noon,” “Dec 7, Jan 11.” Those become constraints on generate, not a note someone has to remember.
Venue season grids
Upload a Session 1 / Session 2 workbook — venues across the top, date rows as time windows or NA — and it expands into on-the-hour court slots, including split days and mid-day closures. A simple one-row-per-slot list works when that is all you have.
Late entries by hand
Add a team with a division dropdown, conflict dates, and optional day/time blackouts after the file was imported. Saving clears the slate so you can Generate again with the new locks.
Competition → Teams tab → Import / Add team
This lives in the admin, not on the public schedule. Exports and the share link update when you save.
