Monthly and Annual unlock registration, ticketing, and shop packs
TazForm (registration), TazTix (electronic ticketing), and TazCart (tournament apparel) each have their own pricing. Special bundled rates apply when you add them to a Monthly or Annual TazSchedule plan — not on Single event. Ask us for the pack that matches your weekend.
About billing
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Build a competition, generate the slate, and run the conflict audit before paying anything. Payment is required only to export.
- Do you charge per team or per staff member?
- No. Monthly and Annual are flat for one organization — unlimited teams, divisions, and staff. A 200-team tournament costs the same as a 20-team one.
- What counts as one competition on Single event?
- One tournament, or one league season however many weeks it runs. Regenerating the schedule as many times as you like does not count as a new competition. Single event is Schedule only — Suite bundles require Monthly or Annual.
- Monthly vs Annual?
- Same product, including eligibility for Suite bundles. Monthly is $49 per month. Annual is $399 per year — the better rate if you schedule more than a couple of months. Cancel Monthly any time before the next bill; cancel Annual before renewal.
- What about Suite products (TazForm, TazTix, TazCart)?
- Suite bundles are available on Monthly, Annual, and Multi-club — not on Single event. You can still buy TazSchedule alone on any plan. When you add registration, ticketing, or the apparel shop to a subscription, we offer special bundled pricing — contact us or request a demo for the current packs.
- Can I cancel?
- Monthly plans cancel before the next billing date. Annual plans cancel before renewal. Single-event purchases are one-time, so there is nothing to cancel.
