Claim teams, accept the waiver, submit rosters
One invite link for every coach. They create a login, claim their team (or teams), accept the team waiver, and enter staff plus roster contacts you can pull into scoresheets and CSV/Excel exports.
What this actually does
Invite, signup, and return visits
Publish the coach portal from Setup and share one link. Coaches create an account and sign back in on the same URL anytime to edit.
Claim one team or many
Coaches pick from the registration list — first claim wins. Multi-team coaches claim each squad and switch between them after sign-in.
Waiver, staff, and roster
Accept the Team Participation Waiver, then enter head coach contact, assistant coach, scorekeeper, and players with jersey numbers and parent contacts.
Pull and download contacts
Pull submissions into the competition so scoresheets print name and jersey. Download CSV or Excel for the full coach / player / parent contact book.
